​About purchase, payment & international shipping

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You can take any time you need and ask me for more informations if you’re not sure about your purchase.

NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES.

 

Paypal & Credit cards accepted.

I can only shipped to the address that is written on your paypal account or that you have provided.

Please VERIFY that your shipping informations are complete & correct : name, address, phone number, before purchase.

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 5-14 business days.

 

You will receive an email with your tracking number which will be available 24 to 48 hours after it has been shipped from my local post office. Some destination can choose between tracking with insurance or tracking without insurance.

 

L.ACB is not responsible for :

*Customs taxes in your country

*Delays due to strikes, weather conditions

*Wrong postal delivery because you have provided incomplete address.

*Loss of your delivery by your local post office

 

Your package is lost :

If the tracking proves that your package is lost, I could refund you thanks to the insurance (If you have chosen shipping costs with no insurance, I won't be able to refund you)

 

Your package is stolen :

I offer signed confirmation delivery with every international orders to avoid stealing. (You have full responsibility to choose your shipping cost with insurance and signature to avoid stealing)

 

Your package and order are damaged:

 If you have chosen tracking with insurance, I will see what I can do for you with my local post office but I cannot guarantee that I can refund you (in part or in full) if the package is delivered.

Please send me photos within 24 hours.

The stones are all natural unless you can read « synthetic stone » on the item’s description.
